TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that the City of Traverse City Street Department will be closing a portion of West Fourteenth Street in the 300 Block (between Pine Street and Fraternal Order of Eagles Club), EASTBOUND LANE, starting Tuesday, July 25, to repair a manhole structure. This work will be completed by Friday, July 28, weather permitting.

The work will require a portion of the Eastbound Lane of West Fourteenth Street to be closed throughout this time. Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.

This construction will generate dust, noise and cause inconvenience. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. Please feel free to call Robert Becker at 922-4901 ext. 119 if you have any questions, comments or concerns about the work or the schedule.
