300 Block of Vine St. & 700 Block of Second St. Closures 

The Southern portion of Vine St. and the 700 block of Second Street will be closed to all traffic indefinitely

TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that Elmer’s Crane and Dozer will be closing the Southern portion of Vine St. and the 700 block of Second Street.  This closure is taking place as part of a Vacation of Public Right of Way and for the construction of a new Immaculate Conception School.  The closure will take place on Friday, September 15, 2017.  Second Street will be relocated to the North and will be reopened by November 15, 2017 weather permitting.

Access will be maintained to all businesses at all times.             

Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.
