TRAVERSE CITY- The City of Traverse City and Rieth – Riley Construction Co., Inc. will be resurfacing Boughey St. and Nineteenth St. The work is expected to start on Wednesday, September 20th and be substantially complete on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Schedule is subject to change due to weather.
On Boughey St. crews will be removing existing pavements, grading and compacting the gravel base and overlaying with hot mix asphalt. Boughey St. will be closed to all through traffic during the day when workers are present.
On Nineteenth St. crews will be removing existing pavements, grading and compacting the gravel base and overlaying with hot mix asphalt. Nineteenth St. will be closed to all through traffic during the day when workers are present.
Delays can be expected. Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.
