14th Street closure between Cass Street and Union Street

Closed to all traffic March 28, 2018

TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that the Department of Public Services will be closing 14th Street between Cass Street and Union Street for tree removal. This closure will take place on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This will cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic.  This closure is weather dependent.

The work will require the street to be closed to all traffic while the work is being done.  Access will be maintained to all residences and businesses at all times.  There will be a signed detour route in place during the closure.

Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.

This construction will generate dust, noise and cause inconvenience. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. Please feel free to call Rob Britton at 922-4900 if you have any questions, comments or concerns about the work or the schedule.
