TRAVERSE CITY- The City of Traverse City and Elmer’s Crane and Dozer, Inc. will be resurfacing Iroquois St. between Huron St. and Wenonah St. The work is expected to start on Monday, July 9th and be substantially complete on Friday, July 27, 2018. Schedule is subject to change due to weather.

On Iroquois St., between Huron St. and Wenonah St., crews will remove the existing pavement and gravel.  Then they will place, grade and compact a new gravel base. The new gravel base will be paved with hot mix asphalt. Iroquois St. will be closed to all through traffic during the day when workers are present.

Delays can be expected. Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.

This construction will generate dust, noise and cause inconvenience. We would like to thank you in advance for your patience and cooperation. Please feel free to call Alex Yockey at 922-4468 if you have any questions.
