400 & 500 Blocks E. Eighth St. Lane Shifts
E. Eighth St. will have lane shifts beginning September 12th Through September 19th
TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that Miller Pipeline will be shifting lanes on the 400 & 500 Blocks of E. Eighth St. between Boardman Ave. and Franklin St. for Gas Main replacement. These shifts will take place on Wednesday, September 12th, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. and will be ongoing until September 19th, 2018 at 5:00 p.m.. This will cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. These shifts are weather dependent. Eighth Street will not be entirely closed at any time.
Access will be maintained to all businesses & residences at all times.
Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.
