900 Block W. Seventh St. Closure 

W. Seventh St. will be closed March 15th, 2019 and March 18th, 2019

TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that Consumers Energy will be closing the 900 Block of W. Seventh St. between Spruce St. and S. Elmwood Ave. for utility work.  This work will cause closures and disruptions to pedestrian and vehicular traffic.   This closure will take place on Friday, March 15th, 2019 and Monday, March 18th, 2019 between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.  This will cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic.  The work is weather dependent.  W. Seventh St. between Spruce St. and S. Elmwood Ave. will impacted.

A signed detour route utilizing Spruce St. and W. Sixth St. will be in place and access to all businesses and residences at all times. 

Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.
