Invitation and notice to residents of the City of Traverse City

Regarding a Public Hearing for the Major Amendment to the Planned Unit Development 02-PUD-01, Morgan Farms     

The City Clerk, on behalf of the City Commission, welcomes you to and wishes to provide you notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on Monday, April 15, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. in the Second Floor Commission Chambers of the Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Avenue. 

The public hearing is being held on the request by John Hughes, Trustee on behalf of Roland M. Habrecht Trust and Doug Mansfield of Mansfield Land Use Consultants, for a major amendment to the Morgan Farms Planned Unit Development (02-PUD-01), which reduces the commercial requirements for the Neighborhood Center areas within Morgan Farms as amended to include the maximum impervious surface area for each subarea.

This notice is being sent to all owners and occupants of property located within 300 feet of the property for which the Planned Unit Development Major Amendment is being requested.   Anyone wishing to comment on the request may do so in person at the public hearing or in writing to the City Clerk, 400 Boardman Avenue, Traverse City, Michigan 49684, or tcclerk@traversecitymi.gov.  You are welcome and encouraged to review the information concerning this matter in the City Clerk’s Office.
