Due to the overwhelming demand for seasonal slips, there is a waitlist.
To be placed on the waiting list for Clinch Marina, you need to fill out an application packet. Please complete the application and return it to the Traverse City Treasurer's Office with a $25.00 nonrefundable fee.
For those who have signed up for the waiting list prior to September 1st, a renewal application will be mailed. Renewal applications must be accompanied by a $20.00 nonrefundable fee.
A portion of the initial $25.00 fee, as well as the $20 renewal fee, will be applied to your initial season boat slip fee when the slip offer is accepted. If dock-age is offered and refused, all fees are forfeited prior to March 15th.
