Do you have concerns about sharing your struggles with the TCPD?
The TCPD Police Social Worker Coordinator (PSW) is in charge of the Quick Response Team and maintains confidential records on clients that are not shared with the sworn personnel of the police department unless there is risk of harm to any individual, as defined in 24 CFR § 5.2003. The PSW agrees to maintain confidential information in compliance with the NASW Social Worker Code of Ethics, HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2.
