Primary RESILIENCE Program Partners

Primary RESILIENCE Program Partners participate through a formal partnership agreement established with the Traverse City Police Department. They are expected to regularly attend RESILIENCE Program meetings, and have full access to information, including confidential client information for Program Participants, per the Consent to Share Information form.

Secondary RESILIENCE Program Partners

Secondary RESILIENCE Program partners support through an informal partnership agreement established with the Traverse City Police Department. They are not welcome but not expected to regularly attend meetings, but may provide support in other ways, through referrals, naloxone and overdose tracking, training, and by connecting RESILIENCE Program participants to community resources. Secondary partners are able to report to the RESILIENCE Program any relevant and confidential details, but are asked to leave during the confidential portion of the RESILIENCE Program meetings for the privacy of all participants.

Secondary Partnership Agreement

Inquiries about becoming a secondary partner can be discussed with the Police Social Worker Coordinator.
