Code Enforcement

Code Enforcement is concerned about the preservation, maintenance and aesthetics of all residential, commercial and industrial properties throughout the city. Code Enforcement works with citizens to resolve issues which impact the quality of life in Traverse City by enforcing a broad range of public health and safety regulations including rental housing, zoning, health, parking, public nuisance, and other safety codes.
