1100 & 1200 Block E. Eighth St. Lane Closures
E. Eighth St. will have lane closures beginning August 6th, 2018 and will continue for 6 weeks
TRAVERSE CITY- Motorists and pedestrians should be aware that Miller Pipeline will be closing lanes on the 1100 & 1200 Block of E. Eighth St. between Garfield Ave. and Steele St. for Gas Main replacement. These closures will take place on Monday, August 6th 2018 at 8:00 a.m. and will be ongoing for approximately 6 weeks. This will cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. These closures are weather dependent. Eighth Street will not be entirely closed at any time.
Access will be maintained to all businesses & residences at all times.
Please use alternate routes avoiding this area to reduce congestion, delay and inconvenience for your travels. Appropriate signage and barricades will be in place in and around the work areas.
