Pay City Bills
Due to Covid-19 safety concerns, we strongly encourage our customers to pay electronically using the options provided below. If you wish to make a payment in our red drop box or by mail, please do not pay in cash, but with a check or money order. Together, we can help protect the health of our residents and staff.
Payment for utilities, such as electric, water and sewer, as well as payments for other services to the City may be made with a credit or debit card over the phone, online or electronically through the options listed below:
Pay with a credit card by phone:
Utility payments by credit card: Please call 1-866-549-1010. Have your utility bill ready and when prompted, use the Bureau code 5597300. Extra fees will apply.
Property tax payments by credit card: Please call 1-866-549-1010. Have your tax bill ready and when prompted, use the Bureau code 2687994. Extra fees will apply.
Miscellaneous invoice payments by credit card: Please call 1-866-549-1010. Have your invoice ready and when prompted, use the Bureau code 1961661. Extra fees will apply.
Pay with a credit card online:
You can sign up to have monthly payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account by completing this form. We charge no fee for this service.
Drop a payment in the "Red Drop Box" that sits in front of the Governmental Center.
Please pay by check or money order if making a payment in our Drop Box. Cash payments are not recommended.

Please visit our Click2Gov webpage. Click2Gov provides online payment options as well as a way to view your utility usage. Please note that there is an additional fee at the time of payment if you pay using this option.
